Fees and Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

The practice itself is out-of-network with insurance, which means it is not contracted with any insurance company directly. To check your out-of-network benefits, call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask what your mental health out-of-network coverage is.

While the practice does not work directly with insurance, we are happy to provide superbills that can be submitted to insurance. Superbills are itemized receipts that include a diagnosis (for billing purposes) and the services provided.

Reimbursement will depend on your out of network benefits. This practice does not guarantee any reimbursement.

Questions to ask your insurance:

Does my plan include out-of-network coverage for mental health or behavioral health services?

  • Do I have an annual deductible? If so, how much is it and how much do I have left to meet it?

  • After I meet my deductible, what is the maximum amount my plan will reimbursement for individual therapy service codes?

What are your fees?

Practice fees are consistent with other providers in New York City and provided with a Good Faith Estimate. Based on your needs, we can discuss further details during a free 15-minute intake consultation.
